SJ503 is a type of Al and Ti based agglomerated flux,black spherical grains in appearance.Its grain size is 2.0--0.28mm(10--60meshes).SJ501 is suitable for use with AC or DC power,filler wires connect  with positive electrode while in DC.With stable burning arc,the flux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal.The weld metal has good low temperature toughness
